The Challenge

Rizewell's partnership with Greystar, one of the world's largest property management companies, initially set out to enhance human performance. However, what began as a collaboration soon evolved into a mission to improve the happiness and well-being of residents within Greystar-managed properties. The journey began with Elan Madison Yards, where Rizewell's methods and wellness approaches were introduced to educate and empower residents. On-site coaches reported consistent and enthusiastic engagement from the residents.

The Solution

Training commenced on August 4th, 2021, with Elan Madison Yards residents participating in a Functional Movement Systems test during the first week. They were also invited to engage in Rizewell's high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions. The initiative garnered significant attention, with over 25 residents consistently attending sessions. These sessions, held every Wednesday evening after work, quickly became a highlight for the participants.

Aaron Vickers, Rizewell's Director of Corporate Wellness, emphasized the positive impact of the program, stating, "Residents tell us they love how the coaches care." Beyond the fitness benefits, the program facilitated a sense of community among residents. Participants began organizing bonding events outside of the fitness classes, nurturing a strong and active communal culture.
